Shippers must provide accurate information about contents and intended delivery. We reserve the right to refuse shipments that appear dangerous, illegal, or improperly prepared.

3. Packaging Requirements

4. Tracking and Updates

All shipments receive real-time tracking. Status updates occur at key points:

  • Processing
  • Dispatched
  • In Transit
  • Arrived at Facility
  • Out for Delivery
  • Delivered

5. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. Compensation for delays is per our Refund Policy.
